01 Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before check-in.
- Booking will be considered confirmed only after payment verification.
- Prices may vary based on date, season, and availability.
02 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 7 days: Partial refund as per policy.
- Cancellation within 7 days: Non-refundable.
- In case of natural issues (rain, etc.), rescheduling may be offered.
03 Arrival & Departure
- Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Standard Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and charges.
04 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required during check-in.
- Property damage costs will be deducted from the deposit.
05 Guest Responsibility
- Guests must present valid government-issued ID proof.
- Illegal activities or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
- Disturbance or loud music after allowed hours is not permitted.
06 Property Rules
- Maximum guest capacity must be strictly respected.
- Pets are permitted only with prior written approval.
- Swimming pool usage is at the guest's own risk.
- Guests are responsible for their personal assets.
07 Damage Policy
- Any damage to amenities or furniture will be chargeable.
- Guests are liable for repair or full replacement costs.
08 Safety & Liability
- Management is not liable for injury or loss during the stay.
- Follow all posted safety instructions while using facilities.
09 Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters or government restrictions.
